No Exception

I never tire of poking my nose into other people's homes. And this v.cool place is certainly no exception.

Loved the collected treasures in this home of Sharon Ainsberg spotted over at The Coveteur. Her mix of vintage, timber and velvet is a look quite close to my heart. And if she ever wanted someone to take these two lamps, the leopard pouch and the shoes off her hands, you know, I'd be happy to help sister out.

A Few Of My Favourite Things

I went looking through a few peoples Etsy faves on the weekend. Was cool seeing what people save away for a rainy day.

So I thought I'd share just a smattering of mine.

Click on the images to take you direct to the fabulous stores that sell these lovelies. Do you find that if you see something that you really really love, that when you look through the rest of the store there's at least a dozen or twenty more things that are just your cup of tea too?

Love that.

Guilty

Yes, guilty. Gratuitous bag post ensues.

If you've been Diverted for a while you're most likely aware that I have a very soft spot for bags. That being said, it wasn't hard to get hooked by these beautiful morsels.

I discovered them over at that paradise in the ether called Etsy, at a brilliant little shop ~ Flat Four. And needless to say, I'd like every pair of shoes too!

My First

I think I've found my first must have for summer. These denim bags from a little shop called Crazy Boy are calling my name, especially the striped one at the top!

Weekend Away

I had such a fabulous weekend last weekend, that this one can hardly touch it it. However, whilst flicking through the latest at Svpply, these little numbers jumped off the page at me. Kind of looks like another weekend away is brewing in my mind.

{edit: for those of you in love with the bathers, the note on Svpply reads that they're from Anthro, although I can't see them on the wesite. Perhaps if you're lucky there may still be some in store x}

Thank you all for coming by and taking in a Diversion or two, and particular thanks to these awesome folk....

Big thanks to Remodelista for adding me to their interiors resources list, v.cool - thanks!

Bags Of Style

Oh the torture that is Etsy! Every single day there is a selection of morsels that hit my Inbox and make me reach for the buy now button.

These fabulous bags are from an Italian store called Homemade Bags. That first one has my name alll over it, trying hard to ignore it.

Please, someone do me a favour and go and buy it!

Going For A Song

I thought of all you chicks in the northern hemisphere heading into summer when I saw this gorgeous bag at one of my favourite vintage shops, Hello Victory.

I did. I pictured you in your skinny white jeans/grey t-shirt/black havaianas and your khaki shorts/navy silk blouse/tan buckle up sandles, and I also pictured you in that short orange dress you bought because you loved the colour but have barely worn it since you got it because you need to be in the zone to wear it. (by the way, bust out the orange dress, seriously. It would look amazing with this bag!).

This lovely little number is going for a song, head here quickly to snap it up.

Le Sac

How fabulous are these bags? When I spyed them in a collection of items that arrived in my inbox from Etsy, I immediately thought 'urrgghhh. yum'!

The detailing on the plaited handle is insane and they look so incredibly soft and luxe. Currently coveting the large cream one in the middle.

Trot on over to Ilemi Paris to put dibs on one. There's only three in stock at the moment {always a good sign}, but a custom order is not out of the question.
{{edit: there's even less that that now, but there is a website that you can visit also, which has some more gorgeous designs}}
