Most Certainly

Some images are just so evocative that you get a little bit jealous that you're not part of it. That's what I found at you found keke.

This particular home with its vintage bits and bobs and beautifully pulled together rooms just really caught my eye. It may have also had something to do with that amazing paella, and it most certainly had a lot to do with that kitchen.

Determinedly Convey

This home of Australian fashion designer Leona Edmiston just screams her aesthetic. Well, actually, it probably wouldn't scream; it would determinedly convey her aesthetic, in a very feminine, unfaltering, even tone of voice.

I actually admire the way this place is overtly feminine, without crossing into the frou-frou. Apologies to those who like it, but I can't be dealing with frou-frou.

But this home predominantly caught my eye for the wall light in the bedroom. I currently have (in the 60's Splendour, as I have come to dub my new home) that style of wall lights in the main bedroom. I was convinced that I was switching them as soon as possible for these, however seeing that little vintage style shade has made me question that decision. Don't you just hate that.

A Little Spot Of

I love the styling of this blue + white shoot. It's so far from the traditional blue + white china type shots - and I like that. You know. Also the fact that there is some kind of alcohol in nearly every shot is a winner too after the week I've had!

Stunning Slice

Nirvana looks an awful lot like this in my mind's eye. This stunning slice of heaven on earth combines all of my favourite elements concrete, timber, stone and magical views to provide one of my top five homes this year.

The old building is brought to life with a simple modern approach which takes nothing away from the character of the place, the views or the integrity of the building. The verdant garden and the sea breezes are the icing on the cake.

Back Drop To Nature

Loved the broody backdrop to these lovely clusters of nature, shown off here in a fabulous range of left-of-centre vases.
