I quite like the way that in this contemporary space, there's been plenty of room made for the old.
Quite often people end up in homes that might not always fit their personality exactly, for what ever reasons. But this place I think is a good example of just pressing on with it.
Modern large format tiles, smooth edges, plain off white rendered walls; but all kitted out nicely with the owner's love of vintage.

I really like mixing old and new, and do it extensively at home. Old and new things when placed together take on whole new meanings
