It's A Balancing Act

Boys, career and daily life have been a real balancing act lately, feel like I'm forever rushing in a million directions. You too? Must be a global affliction.

So when I saw this little guy, balancing for dear life and already one wing down, I snorted a laugh and thought ''mate, I can relate!'' Sorry to have not been a regular visitor around all of your lovely sites of late, or as much as I'd like to be anyway, but with crazy long work days and single parenting, I've learnt I have to try and preserve the one wing I have left!!

This is the cutest vintage find I've found in a long time. I mean look at that little arse and those chubby thighs!

He's hanging out at a very cool vintage shop that's been in my faves for a long time now - The White Home, which as you might have guessed specialises in vintage of the white persuasion. Lovely things to be found there, including this v.cool planter.

Ah Jules, you have such a gift for describing things perfectly! I can completely relate although the single parenting of small kidlets ended a long time ago (they return though!!). I think you're doing a fab job with your amazing blog and it's always a pleasure to see a comment from you. Take it easy bloss...rest, relax, drink!! All in moderation of course :)

hey you rock girlfriend no doubts! every time i see a new post from you i say HOW DOES SHE DO IT?!!!!

because i imagine that you bring as high a standard to whatever else you do as you bring to this blog.

so hug your boys, hug your plants (i do), hug your drawings and your computer. then put your feet up for at least five, breath deep and say to yourself: "yes, oh YES!"

and the angel.....when IS christmas exactly?

I love his little arse too! I know what you mean about rushing in a million directions. I feel like I've been shot out of a cannon. I haven't been able to check out some of my fave blogs either. I'm going to try to remedy that.
Have a lovely Sunday!
