There is so much more than meets the eye with this seriously cool transformation. Classic old Victorian at the front, clean concrete light filled space coming up the rear.
My fave detail is the stacking doors that disappear in amongst the run of pre cast stair treads in the second and fourth images. Just beautifully done.
