Languid Luxury

Well, the body might be back from the beach and in the office, but as these images give away, the mind isn't! Still swept up in the warm salty smells and the languid luxury of walking out the door and into the ocean at the bottom of the garden. This beautiful clean lined nirvana is helping my re-entry, slowly.

On other news my real estate wranglings came to a sudden thud over my last weekend down at the beach. The house that I coveted slipped out of my fingers and into someone else's. Bugger.

However, all's not lost. The post-Christmas real estate market seems to be warming up and so I've decided to keep my house on the market and throw caution to the wind. I know where I want to head to, I just hope there are some good thermals to carry me there.

As I'm re-entering the real world, I hope to make my posting a bit more of a reliable thing! I have so many emails to respond to and so many blogs to catch up on - will hopefully get to catch up soon.

Fingers crossed for all those under threat of flood or even worse. May there be dry skies above.

Loving that outside deck area! Oh how I could spend many a day there! Oh well, the house was meant not to be, something even better will come along!

My mind is definitely on a beach somewhere -- I just wish my body could join it! I'm sorry to hear about the house. I'm sure the right one will come along in time. I'm sending lots of positive energy your way, Jules.

This house is devine. Oh to have such a view, such a kitchen, such a house. Pity you missed the one you were wanting - but I'm sure an equally perfect home will pop up for you soon. Looking forward to another year full of diversions!!!

With all the rain pouring down around us this is a happy image for poor wet eyes! What happened to our summer? But if I had a house like this to live in, I wouldn't care too hoots for the weather - it has its own beachy feel built in!

Sorry to hear about the house but I guess it's not meant to be...just visualize only what you want and it will happen! xo
