This place a certain charisma, the kind you get from knowing that you're fabulous without even having to try too hard. You know?
You have a few on the minute touches, but something about the way this place is put together demonstrates that this style is here for the long haul.

Fabulous! Love the flokati tufted ottoman and the subway rolls, especially, they glam it up! I am all about subway rolls, have been making my own, though I need to find a good printer that will do oversized, I love these huge ones! XO!
Totally agree. It's classic but not static.
Love this place...It has a classic vibe but so comfy and sweet too:)
Kisses, sweetie and have a great day:)
a soft palette, relaxed style, a certain confidence and most importantly, lack of pretence. yes, a certain charisma - which to my mind also equates with what I call 'livability'.
you said it just right... fabulous without trying too hard. It's a truly beautiful space. I love those super tall candlesticks too ; )
Yes, it looks sort of effortless which is refreshing. Though I'd just have to add in some patches of colour :)
I am afraid that furry foot contraption scares me a little - looks as though a Yetti passed out on the lounge room floor.

Yes Jules, this place is beautifully put together. Fabulous style, no gimmicks, when can I move in?
that is COSY! Unpretentious and built for living. Argh, I want it...
Love your assessment of this gorgeous space!
SO true...elegant nonchalance. I definitely don't have that! :) I love it though...so calm & lovely.

It's a perfectly funktified space without looking like it tries too hard. Love it.
Yes indeed! Love the mirror in the dining room. Who would have thunk? I wish I had that effortless kind of fabulousness.
Innately fabulous for sure! Happy weekend.
Yeah, fabulous without trying.
Happy trails,

I love that subway sign in the living room! And I just swooned over the bookshelves too.
