Love the mix of modern, regency, and antique in this super stylish Italian Greek villa!

But mostly its about the pool and the ocean view. Isn't it always about the pools and ocean views as summer comes to an end?

    To me, a mix of modern, regency, and antique is just about as close to perfection as you can get. Oh, throw it a little rustic, too ;)

    marsha - it is actually in Greece! What I read as Italy was actually referring to 'Italienate.'

    THe transplated location is:Located On Lefkada, a peninsula in Western Greece.
