The Space In Between

The tricky thing about big open rooms like this loft, is what you do with the space in between. Playing it safe and sticking to the walls doesn't do the space justice.

I love the clever way this loft uses all the space but doesn't lose any of the openness. It still flows. Also a little bit jealous of the fabulous array of side tables!

  8. The spaces are fabulous, and so is the furniture but not the pic's on chairs, I'd knock them all off for sure :)

  11. The side tables and the chairs. Oh the chairs especially! And I love that even though there is a lot going on, and many pieces of furniture, this place still looks airy and uncluttered. I could move in tomorrow!

  14. Hi Jules,
What a great space! Every time we're in the city (Portland), I tell Mike that one day I'd like to have a great big city loft - you know, for a getaway (this is total fantasy...as is my suggestion for a beach getaway)!
Love the openness and the gorgeous furnishings.
