This place a certain charisma, the kind you get from knowing that you're fabulous without even having to try too hard. You know?

You have a few on the minute touches, but something about the way this place is put together demonstrates that this style is here for the long haul.

    Fabulous! Love the flokati tufted ottoman and the subway rolls, especially, they glam it up! I am all about subway rolls, have been making my own, though I need to find a good printer that will do oversized, I love these huge ones! XO!

    a soft palette, relaxed style, a certain confidence and most importantly, lack of pretence. yes, a certain charisma - which to my mind also equates with what I call 'livability'.
